We are looking for an Engineer to join our team for technical support to our partners and customers worldwide. It is a work connected to solving technical challenges using Dewesoft products in measurement technology. Global companies use Dewesoft's products in research and development departments to develop cutting-edge technologies, where the skills of electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, programming, and physics are intertwined.
Our team of Technical Support Engineers works closely with our development departments, Application Engineers, and Product Managers in their day-to-day work.
Work in the user support department can also be a starting point for advancement into application engineering or product management.
Dewesoft headquarters, Trbovlje, Slovenia (on-site).
BSc in Engineering or related field.
Basic knowledge of electrical engineering.
Basic understanding of mechanical engineering.
Basic knowledge of computer science.
Good communication skills.
Scripting skills (C++, Matlab, Python).
Experience in a similar position.
