The Dewesoft 7-Year warranty applies to all our data acquisition systems. You buy it, own it, use it, and our warranty keeps you covered. We build our equipment to last. We guarantee you that your hardware will be free from defects and functional. Our warranty covers that the instruments function as promised for a period of 7 years from the day of the delivery.

Do Dewesoft DAQ systems really include free software?

Yes! All Dewesoft data acquisition systems are bundled with DewesoftX Professional data acquisition software for no extra charge. DewesoftX Professional includes features for data storing, visualization, export, reporting, and a wide math library for signal processing. Please note that some advanced signal processing and application-specific software features are paid options. See the DewesoftX feature matrix to compare DewesoftX versions.

Are DewesoftX software updates free of charge?

Yes. All the updates to DewesoftX software are free forever for existing Dewesoft users. We release a new major version every two months. All the performance updates, new features, and bug fixes are available for the upgrade by <a href="https://download.dewesoft.com" target="_blank" rel="noopener">downloading</a> and running the installer from the website.

What are the minimum requirements to run DewesoftX software?

DewesoftX software will work on almost any PC which can run Windows operating system (32-bit or 64-bit versions). Yes! All Dewesoft data acquisition devices are factory calibrated before being sent from our production to a final customer. All signal conditioners are checked for measurement precision and functionality to the slightest detail. Factory calibration certificate is issued with 1-year validity.

Is there an educational discount for using DewesoftX software for education?

Yes. We offer an educational version of DewesoftX at a very attractive price. The educational version offers all advanced signal processing modules and can be ordered with or without Dewesoft data acquisition hardware. Industrial DIN Rail Mounting

IOLITE multi-channel modules are compatible and can be mounted on a standard industrial DIN rail. This makes them perfect for mounting in industrial cabinets, similar to PLCs and similar devices. IOLITE multi-chassis offers an easy clip-in mechanism for mounting to all standard industrial DIN rail mounts.

IOLITE single-channel modules are small and can be placed next to your measurement points. They offer screw holes for easy mounting with screws or any other method.

Integrated Low-Noise Triaxial Accelerometer

IOLITEi 3x-MEMS are dedicated devices for structural and vibration monitoring applications. They feature an integrated low-noise triaxial MEMS accelerometer.

With only 25 µg/√Hz spectral noise density and 100 µg, residual noise at 50 Hz bandwidth the devices are a cost-effective solution for seismic measurements.

Devices are a perfect fit for structural health monitoring and ideal for permanent condition monitoring on big structures such as bridges, buildings, antennas, and stadiums.

Even though the devices measure acceleration, they can also be used to precisely measure displacement by integrating the acceleration twice and applying appropriate filtering. Machine Condition Monitoring Device

The IOLITE 2xASI is a data acquisition device with two analog sensor interface channels and one tacho sensor connection specifically designed to work with our ASI-1xVIB-50g probes.

It is specifically designed and dedicated to the machine condition monitoring of motors, pumps, breaks, gearboxes, and similar machines.

Both items are purchased separately:

IOLITE-2xASI: data acquisition device with 2 analog input channels (with 40 kS/s sampling speed per channel) for interfacing 2 Dewesoft ASI-1xVIB-50g vibration probes and 1 digital input channel for connecting an RPM sensor (tacho).
ASI-1xVIB-50g: a 1-axis high bandwidth (10 kHz) and low noise vibration sensor probe which also includes a temperature sensor and 3-axial low-speed accelerometer for orientation identification.

The solution is designed for applications where distributed measurements of limitless numbers of perfectly synchronized vibration and temperature measurements are of the essence and where cost plays a significant role. Fast and easy mounting of devices is facilitated by using RJ45 connectors. The solution is bringing the DAQ device very close to the sensor eliminating long analog cables and thus reducing noise pick-up and cost.
