Head of purchase and logistics m/f)

The company Dewesoft, awarded with the award of Reputable Employer 2024 (Moje delo), is looking for a Head of purchase and logistics (m/f) to join its team. We are looking for a responsible, reliable, self-initiative and organized person with leadership and organizational skills.

Job description

• Managing and coordinating the entire logistics and purchasing department

• Cost analysis and search for opportunities to optimize processes

• Coordination of work and projects with production, development and quality

• Record keeping, preparation of reports and analysis of supply chain KPIs

• Market monitoring and search for new sources of supply.

What do we expect? Required education and key skills

• Minimum higher education (VI/1) majoring in economics or logistics

• Higher level of English language proficiency - B2, additional foreign languages ​​are an advantage

• Good proficiency in working with word processors, spreadsheets, the Internet, e-mail

• At least 5 years of work experience in a similar position (supply chain, purchasing, logistics)

• Knowledge and monitoring of international trade regulations, especially with an emphasis on customs declarations, tariff codes and origin of goods

• Knowledge of purchasing processes and supply chains, ideally in a production environment

• Analytical skills, organization, teamwork, negotiation skills and determination when working with partners

• Independence in work performing

• Category B driving license
