New SIRIUS HS-HV Amplifier

We have upgraded the SIRIUS HS-HV amplifier (high voltage) to version HVv3. It now offers a maximum measuring range of 2000 V.
All SIRIUS HS-HV signal conditioning modules (modular and rack versions) will be shipped with the new SIRIUS HS-HVv3 version by default.
This way, we have unified the maximum measuring ranges with the KRYPTON HV and SIRIUS XHS-HV amplifiers.
