Im Rahmen unserer Expansion erweitern wir unser Team am Standort Kelkheim (Taunus) in der Rhein-Main-Region und bieten nachstehende Position in Teilzeit (min. 20 Std / Woche) oder Vollzeit (40 Std / Woche) an:
Main tasks:
Supporting our account managers in coordinating appointments, preparing quotations and processing orders
Data management and maintenance
General office work and office organization
Support in actively approaching customers in the maintenance business
Support in the preparation of events
Profile:
Completed commercial training or several years of professional experience in a similar field
First professional experience desirable - career changers welcome
Service-, solution- and result-oriented way of working
Business fluent in written and spoken German
Experience with MS Office applications
Experience with a CRM and ERP tool is an advantage, but not a must
Good communication skills in dealing with colleagues, superiors and customers
