Im Rahmen unserer Expansion erweitern wir unser Team am Standort Kelkheim (Taunus) in der Rhein-Main-Region und bieten nachstehende Position in Teilzeit (min. 20 Std / Woche) oder Vollzeit (40 Std / Woche) an:

Main tasks:

• Supporting our account managers in coordinating appointments, preparing quotations and processing orders

• Data management and maintenance

• General office work and office organization

• Support in actively approaching customers in the maintenance business

• Support in the preparation of events

Profile:

• Completed commercial training or several years of professional experience in a similar field

• First professional experience desirable - career changers welcome

• Service-, solution- and result-oriented way of working

• Business fluent in written and spoken German

• Experience with MS Office applications

• Experience with a CRM and ERP tool is an advantage, but not a must

• Good communication skills in dealing with colleagues, superiors and customers
