Professor Pim van der Jagt Starts Dewesoft Benelux Subsidiary

Pim has over 30 years of experience within the automotive industry including 22 years at the Ford Research and Innovation Center in Aachen, Germany where he held various senior management positions in the areas of Vehicle Dynamics, Chassis Engineering, and ADAS (Driver Assist - Active Safety Systems). Before this, he worked for the Goodyear Tire and Rubber Company where he studied tire-vehicle interaction employing computer simulation and instrumented vehicle testing. In his latest position at AB Dynamics, he was a Technical Director, responsible to support European customers, with a deep understanding of automotive testing, especially advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS, hardware-in-the-loop (HIL), and simulation capabilities with their advanced Vehicle Driving Simulator (aVDS).
As part of Dewesofts’ continued global expansion, Pim will be based in Belgium to promote further growth in the Benelux territory. His main responsibilities will be to provide local assistance to the customers in the region and grow the local team.
