IOLITEr-16xLA and IOLITE-16xLA: 16-channel low-current modules
The IOLITEr-16xLA and modular IOLITE-16xLA are a high-density module for measuring low currents. It is an ideal device for data acquisition in control applications that require input ranges of ±20 mA.
Modules have 16 analog channels for measuring current with an input impedance of 100 Ω. It acquires data using a 24-bit ADC with a sampling rate of up to 20 kS/s, featuring an anti-aliasing filter. The module's reliable channel-to-ground isolation protects against external voltage spikes.
The modules are available with two connector options: terminal block and D-SUB37. It can be mounted in all standard rack chassis (IOLITE-R12, IOLITE-R8, IOLITE-R8r, OBSIDIAN-R8, OBSIDIAN-R12, OBSIDIAN-R8w) and is also available in the modular version.

IOLITEir-8xRTD-2T3A24 and IOLITEi-8xRTD-2T3A24: 8-channel temperature and resistance modules
When your application demands accurate temperature acquisition, high isolation, and reliable resistance monitoring, the new IOLITE 8xRTD-2T3A24 modules deliver performance without compromise.
Designed for the most demanding industrial, automotive, aerospace, energy, and research environments, modules combine high-speed synchronized acquisition, wide resistance measurement capability, and true channel isolation into one compact, modular DAQ solution.
Key features
The new modules are far more than a traditional RTD module.
Supported Measurement Modes:
Temperature (RTD) - Pt50, Pt100, Pt200, Pt500, Pt1000, Pt2000
Temperature (Thermistor) - NTC, PTC
Resistance - 6 ranges, 0…10 MΩ
Voltage - ±1 V, ±100 mV
The new IOLITEir-8xRTD-2T3A24 and IOLITEi-8xRTD-2T3A24 modules combine high-accuracy temperature and resistance measurements with exceptional flexibility. They are suitable for a wide range of applications, including environmental chambers, thermal mapping, battery temperature monitoring, motor and inverter testing, cryogenic measurements, insulation and leakage monitoring, sensor validation, and research setups.
Both modules feature channel-to-channel and channel-to-ground isolation, ensuring safer operation and cleaner measurements in demanding environments. Whether testing battery systems, electric drives, industrial equipment, or cryogenic applications, isolation helps minimize noise and prevents unwanted ground loops.
With a 24-bit ADC and sampling rates of up to 10 kS/s per channel, the modules can capture fast temperature transients and thermal shock events, making them suitable for dynamic testing applications.
Designed for operation in EMC-harsh environments, the modules deliver stable and reliable measurements even when installed on electric motor stators or near high-power inverters. Measurement integrity is ensured through a sharp 3rd-order analog anti-aliasing low-pass filter (-3 dB @ 1 kHz) combined with advanced digital FIR filtering.
The modules support pulsed sensor excitation, reducing RTD self-heating and eliminating DC offset errors caused by the Seebeck effect during cryogenic temperature measurements. This makes them particularly valuable for aerospace and environmental testing applications.
Support is provided for all major platinum RTD sensors, including Pt50, Pt100, Pt200, Pt500, Pt1000, and Pt2000, as well as NTC and PTC thermistors.
Configuration is simple and intuitive through DewesoftX software. Resistance-to-temperature conversion is performed directly inside the module, with support for standard RTD characteristics and thermistor equations such as Steinhart–Hart. This eliminates the need for additional math channels or custom scaling, reducing setup time and simplifying system configuration.
An exceptionally wide resistance measurement range of up to 10 MΩ extends the modules beyond traditional temperature measurements. Additional applications include insulation resistance monitoring, leakage path detection, material characterization, and high-resistance sensor measurements.
The modules use robust 2-row, 24-pole terminal block connectors and are available in two form factors:
IOLITEir-8xRTD-2T3A24 – rack-mounted version
IOLITEi-8xRTD-2T3A24 – modular version
