Dewesoft Acquires Majority Stake in Maribor-Based High-Tech Company IRNAS d.o.o.

Dewesoft has acquired a 51% ownership stake in IRNAS d.o.o., which will be renamed DEWESoft RealTime d.o.o. on January 1, 2026. Within the Dewesoft Group, the company will serve as a key unit for real-time systems development, with a focus on enhancing Dewesoft instruments to ensure that our instruments are even better suited as a frontend for controllers. The acquisition is part of Dewesoft’s long-term strategy, which includes expansion into real-time systems.

DEWESoft RealTime d.o.o. will combine the Dewesoft Group’s deep expertise in test and measurement with IRNAS’s many years of experience in embedded real-time systems. The company’s long-term vision and focus will be to ensure that Dewesoft instruments are even better suited as a frontend for controllers. 

The result will be shorter development cycles, greater predictability in implementing complex systems, and long-term support for both companies’ customers worldwide.
