Primoz Rim studerade datavetenskap vid universitetet i Ljubljana. Han började sin karriär som mjukvaruutvecklare på Hermes Softlab där han arbetade med olika projekt för slovenska och utländska banker. Primog Rim började på Dewesoft 2008 som mjukvaruingenjör. Han spelade en nyckelroll i utvecklingen av nästa generations prototyp av användargränssnitt (UIX) för programvaran Dewesoft 7. Prototypen som Primoge senare arbetade med blev det primära användargränssnittet för den nuvarande programvaran DewesoftX. Den prototyp som Primoge senare arbetade med blev det huvudsakliga användargränssnittet för den nuvarande DewesoftX-programvaran.
Efter att ha arbetat med mjukvaruutveckling fokuserade Primogh på försäljning och marknadsföring på Dewesoft. Han skapade företagets första marknadsföringsmaterial, både digitalt och tryckt, vilket bidrog avsevärt till företagets marknadsföringsinsatser.
Primoge är för närvarande chef för LATAM, där han ansvarar för affärsutvecklingen i den latinamerikanska regionen. Hans insatser har lett till att två Dewesoft-dotterbolag, Dewesoft Brazil och Dewesoft Mexico, har skapats. Han är också ansvarig för företagets globala digitala marknadsföringsverksamhet.
Utanför arbetet gillar Primoz freestyle skidåkning, vandring och bergsklättring och har en passion för att utforska naturen.
