New IOLITE® 8xACC IEPE/ICP Vibration Measurement Amplifier

IOLITE-8xACC

The IOLITE product family is now richer for a module for measuring vibration using IEPE/ICP accelerometers

The IOLITE-8xACC is an 8-channel IEPE/ICP module and has been designed specifically for vibration measurement to tackle vibration and structural dynamics applications such as modal testing, FFT, and others. The module is suitable for the connection of two triaxial or 7 single-axis IEPE accelerometers plus for example additional modal hammer. The sampling rate of IOLITE-8xACC 40 kS/s sampling rate (per channel) can even handle some acoustic applications. 

The inputs can operate in either voltage or IEPE mode. Each input has four user-selectable input ranges from ±0.2 V to ±10 V. IOLITE-8xACC provides a phenomenal 150 dB dynamic range and very low drift. When used in the IEPE mode, it provides 2 to 6 mA current excitation for IEPE sensors, as well as hardware AC coupling of 0.1 Hz or 1 Hz. IOLITE 8xACC also supports TEDS (Class 1), the automatic sensor recognition standard that ensures quick, error-free channel setup.

The IOLITE 8xACC module is available with eight BNC connectors and fits in all IOLITE rack and OBSIDIAN standard chassis. The amplifier module is also available as a standalone modular unit (IOLITE-8xACC) with passive PoE support.
