Job description

• Technical support to sales and support team

• Visit and support customers in the field

• Conduct technical training

• User testing of solutions

• Collaboration with development and project managers

• Record keeping, analysis and report preparation

• Preparation and assistance with technical and marketing documentation

What do we expect? Required education and key skills

• Minimum VI/2 level education in a technical field (electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, computer science or related)

• Good technical understanding of measurement technology and different types of sensors

• Excellent communication skills and a sense for clearly conveying technical knowledge

• Ability to work independently and take initiative and effectively cooperate with different teams

• Active knowledge of English; knowledge of additional languages is also an advantage

• Candidates with experience in the fields of

• Measurement systems and sensors

• Industrial communications (e.g. CAN, Modbus, EtherCAT)

• Software (Python, etc.)
