DewesoftRT-Versionen

| Basic modules | ||||||||
| IIR/FIR Filter math | Filters real synchronous signals with an IIR or FIR digital filter. The IIR variant supports Butterworth, Chebyshev I and Bessel prototypes of order 1-12. The FIR variant is a windowed design (Blackman, Rectangle, Hamming, Hanning, Kaiser, Flat top), and its length is set by the number of taps or by the transition bandwidth. Both variants offer low-pass, high-pass, band-pass and band-stop filtering with configurable cutoff frequencies. The output keeps the input's unit, range and time base, and the FIR delay is compensated so the filtered samples stay aligned with the input. | X | ✓ | X | X | X | X | X |
| Formula Math | Calculates a new signal from a mathematical expression the user writes, for example "input 1" + "input 2". Each quoted signal name in the formula becomes its own input port. When there are several inputs, they are resampled onto the time base of a master input the user selects. The syntax includes arithmetic, comparison and logical operators, if() conditions, user variables, the constants pi and e, and common math functions (sin, cos, sqrt, exp, ln/log, round, abs, min/max, etc.). Previous and neighbouring samples can be read with "prev" and .data(n), and the result is a single floating-point output signal at the master input's sample rate. | X | ✓ | X | X | X | X | X |
| Derivation/Integration | Integrates, double-integrates, derives or double-derives the input signal in the time domain, for example to turn acceleration into velocity or displacement. For integration, an optional high-pass filter (configurable order and cutoff) removes DC offset and drift. For derivation, an optional low-pass filter limits the amplification of high-frequency noise. Both synchronous and constant-rate explicit-domain inputs are supported, with one output sample for every input sample, and the output signal is named after the selected operation. | X | ✓ | X | X | X | X | X |
| Decimator Math | Reduces the sample rate of synchronous signals by an integer divider made up of factors 2 and 5 (2, 4, 5, 10, 20, 25, 50, 100 ... up to 1000). An anti-aliasing low-pass filter can be applied before down-sampling: either IIR (Butterworth or Bessel, configurable order) or FIR (configurable number of taps). Its cutoff frequency is set automatically from the resulting output rate. Without a filter the signal is only down-sampled, and a warning says that aliasing may occur. The output keeps the input's unit and range, and its time base is scaled by the divider. | X | ✓ | X | X | X | X | X |
| Statistics Math | Calculates basic statistics of the input signal: average, RMS, minimum, maximum and peak-to-peak. The values are calculated either over consecutive blocks of a set length (in seconds or samples) or over the whole measurement ("Overall"). Each statistic is a separate output signal and can be switched on or off on its own. In block mode, each result is timestamped at the end of its block. Any numeric scalar signal can be used as input, including asynchronous signals. | X | ✓ | X | X | X | X | X |
| Alarm | Monitors signals and sets an alarm state from configurable start, stop and ignore conditions. The condition types are level crossing (with an optional re-arm level that works as hysteresis), level span (entering or leaving a range), pulse width, and time conditions (relative to start, time of day or absolute date/time, once or periodic). Level-based conditions can check the raw data or the average, RMS, minimum or maximum over an interval. The alarm has an "Active" (0/1) output that stays on until a stop condition occurs or the alarm is reset manually. Each condition also outputs its own trigger signal. | X | ✓ | X | X | X | X | X |
| Trigger OUT (XHS only) | Triggers out RT module enables digital outputs from the DO pin on the counter channel of the SIRIUS-XHS device. For each digital output a specific logic from 16 HW conditons based ona AI or DI channels can be adjusted. | X | ✓ | X | X | X | X | X |
| Video | Enables video recording directly on the device using the Video function block, supporting IP cameras (supported on all embeded devices) and selected USB cameras (Supported on OBSIDIAN device). | X | ✓ | X | X | X | X | X |
| Dxd Storing | Records measurement signals in Dewesoft’s .dxd format, continuously or based on triggers, with full or reduced storage rates. Triggered recording supports configurable pre-time (up to 2 seconds), post-time, and hold-off between triggers. Files can split automatically by size, elapsed time, absolute time, or trigger count. Cyclic file management can retain the latest N files or delete the oldest files when storage fills. | X | ✓ | X | X | X | X | X |
| CSV Storing | Records measurement signals in CSV files with configurable timestamps, delimiters, decimal precision, units, and notes. Supports continuous or triggered recording with pre-time (up to 2 seconds), post-time, and hold-off between triggers. Includes the same file splitting and cyclic file management options as DXD storing. Currently documented as experimental. | X | ✓ | X | X | X | X | X |
| SFTP Client | Enables users to download recorded data (*.dxd, *.csv and *.ch10) to local SFTP Server automatically. | X | ✓ | X | X | X | X | X |
| Strain Rosette | Calculates principal strains, principal stresses, principal angle, maximum shear stress, and von Mises stress from two or three strain gauge signals, using configurable rosette geometry and material properties. | X | ✓ | X | X | X | X | X |
| Exact Frequency | Measures the dominant frequency of a signal more precisely than the FFT line spacing, by running an FFT and interpolating across the three lines around the spectral peak. The signal is processed in consecutive blocks of configurable length (at least 64 samples), and each block produces one frequency value. The search can be limited to a frequency range, and blocks below an amplitude threshold can be skipped. The "Track first harmonic" option limits each search to +/-35% of the last detected frequency, so the fundamental is followed reliably. | X | ✓ | X | X | X | X | X |
| Tracking Filter | Extracts the part of a signal at a frequency that changes over time, typically an order of a rotating machine. The tracked frequency comes from a frequency reference signal (for example from Exact Frequency Math) or is a fixed value, and it is multiplied by the selected order. The filter works by I/Q demodulation with Butterworth low-pass filters, and the bandwidth and side-lobe fall-off (20-180 dB) can be configured. The output is a time-domain signal with the same sample rate, unit and range as the input. | X | ✓ | X | X | X | X | X |
| FFT | Calculates the amplitude spectrum of synchronous signals. The frequency resolution is set as a number of lines, a line spacing (df) or a block duration, and each channel shows the lines, df and block length actually used for its sample rate. Consecutive blocks can overlap by 0-90 %, and ten window types are available (Hanning, Hamming, Flat top, Blackman, Blackman-Harris, Kaiser-Bessel, Exponential, Transient, etc.). Amplitudes can be shown as peak, RMS or peak-peak, and the spectrum as linear, power, PSD, ESD or ASD, with optional integration or derivation applied in the frequency domain. Averaging can be linear, energy, exponential or peak hold, over a set number of blocks or the whole measurement, and RMS, peak and peak-peak values can be output as separate signals for the full frequency range and/or a custom range set by start and stop frequency. Harmonics can be extracted from the caclucated spectrum. | X | ✓ | X | X | X | X | X |
