Biografía

John Miller attended South Dakota State University receiving a BS degree in civil engineering and the University of Minnesota received an MS degree in structural engineering. John started his professional career as a test engineer for a consulting firm, Braun Intertec, in Bloomington, Minnesota. Here he was responsible for an array of instrumentation projects ranging from designing and implementing large-scale bridge monitoring systems to conducting various instrumentation heavy tests including structural load tests, evaluating amusement park ride failures, etc.

After his work as a test engineer and his experience as an avid user of various data acquisition systems, John joined Dewesoft in 2016. John is the VP of Engineering for Dewesoft and works directly with most large manufacturers in the Aerospace, Automotive, and Defense industries assisting test engineers in making successful measurements and helping steer Dewesoft's future development to account for industry innovation and evolution.
