Mehatronics / mechanical / electronics engineer

Dewesoft Monitoring is on the look for a candidate with knowledge of mechatronics, mechanical engineering, electronics, or similar fields for the position of Test Engineer in the development of measurement systems for monitoring bridges, wind turbines, skyscrapers, machines and other structures.

An additional team member will test all components of our systems, from devices and firmware to the backend and user interfaces. A strong attention to detail is essential, as we relentlessly refine user experience and operational reliability. Ability to develop and create the tests is important. Basic programming knowledge in Python (scripting level) is mandatory.

They are primarily looking for an engineer with several years of experience, but all applications are welcome.

Dewesoft Monitoring solutions include everything from sensors to databases and data visualization/analysis. Among others we use the following technologies and protocols:

Who we are

DEWESoft Monitoring is a subsidiary of the Dewesoft group. We develop solutions for monitoring vibrations and other mechanical phenomena on bridges, skyscrapers, wind turbines, machines and other structures.

How we work

The development team consists of approximately 10 engineers, each responsible for their own area (hardware, firmware, edge software, backend, front-end, test engineer, application engineer). Planning is done quarterly, sprints are two weeks long, and we have a short daily stand-up meeting. We have a clear long-term development plan. The production of measurement devices and sales are also handled in-house, so we cover the entire vertical.

Work location

Trbovlje at least 4 times per week
