IT Security Specialist (m/f)

We are looking for an IT Security Specialist to help protect our information systems.

Job description

• Establishment, configuration and ongoing maintenance of security tools (SIEM, EDR, MDM, MFA, VPN, etc.)

• Active monitoring security events and incident response

• Vulnerability management, including regular scans, prioritization and remediation tracking

• Configuration and hardening of systems, network devices and cloud services

• Performing risk assessments for third parties and suppliers

• Maintenance and managment of ISMS documentation (policies, procedures, risk register)

• Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations (CRA, ZinfV-1, etc.)

• Managing the BC/DR plan, including regular testing

• Working on active cyber defense using AI and developing MCP servers

• Participating in Red/Blue Team exercises and active penetration testing

• Implementing a security awareness program

• Providing security consulting for IT projects and changes

• You cover both technical implementation, documentation and compliance

Certifications are welcome, experience even more, but the most important thing for us is that you are a person who cares. Someone who asks a question before a problem appears. Who learns because they are interested in the topic, not because they have to.

Preference is given to final year students of technical field with a strong sense of motivation to educate and build a career in the field of information and cybersecurity. What we can promise: you will work with premium tools and experienced mentors, and your solutions will follow the latest standards in this industry.

The first year will focus on establishing the basics, documentation, and key tools. Other tasks will be taken on gradually. We will also help you pass the most difficult and most highly desired certifications in this field, such as CEH, OSCP+.
