Customer Education Engineer

Dewesoft Academia connects the world of education with cutting edge measurement technology. We partner with universities and students to build long-term relationships and inspire early adoption of Dewesoft tools. From hands-on laboratory work and real world measurement challenges to supporting ambitious student competition teams, we help turn theory into practical experience.

At the same time, we are elevating our commercial customer training programs, building a more structured, professional, and scalable learning experience that reflects the innovation and quality behind the Dewesoft brand.

Main responsibilities

Training creation

• Design training packages including slides, exercises, demo setups, datasets and instructor notes

• Prepare 1 day and 2 day standard courses and more advanced modules

• Create application focused trainings for different industries like automotive, power, vibration, structural testing and similar. Ensure re-use of existing materials, so we do not reinvent the wheel

• Continuously improve materials based on customer feedback

• Work closely with R&D and product management to keep content up to date

Training delivery

• Deliver in person and online trainings for customers

• Run hands on workshops

• Adapt the level depending on audience

• Make sure participants leave confident using our systems

Driving demand and adoption

• Work with sales teams to identify training opportunities

• Propose training as part of hardware deals

• Help define pricing and packaging

• Make sure we actually fill the training rooms

Coordination and organization

• Coordinate the global training calendar

• Align with country managers and partners

• Organize logistics for on site trainings

• Collect structured feedback and feed it back to product teams

Candidate Profile

We are looking for someone who combines technical depth with communication skills and commercial awareness.

Requirements:

• Engineering background in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, mechatronics, physics or similar

• Solid understanding of data acquisition and sensors

• Practical experience with measurement systems

• Good communication skills and comfortable speaking in front of engineers

• Fluent English

• Willingness to travel

• Structured and responsible personality

• Some commercial thinking is important
