Matic Lebar

Matic Lebar, born in 1993, is proud to call Trbovlje, Slovenia, his hometown (where Dewesoft is based). He graduated from the Faculty of Energy Technology, where he first learned about data acquisition using National Instruments equipment and LabView software.

In 2016, Matic joined Dewesoft as a customer support engineer. He immersed himself in data acquisition, the company’s product line, and its vibrant culture.

In 2018, he briefly took over the role of Application Engineer for Control and Automation, working closely with customers on new applications in real-time control. He also learned about the EtherCAT protocol, which became a larger player in industrial field buses and a regular part of Dewesoft’s products.

Since 2019, Matic has been a Project Manager, working on finding solutions to special customer requests and leading large and complex system definitions and installations. He works closely with all departments in the company, from software and hardware development to production and purchasing, to satisfy customers' needs in the best way possible.
