Head of Electronic Instrument Assembly (m/f) for Dewesoft Monitoring

Dewesoft Monitoring is looking for a Head of Instrument Assembly (m/f).

The role includes:

• Processing orders for standard products and complex project systems

• Organizing bills of materials (BOMs) and assembly instructions in collaboration with the development team

• Planning assembly based on open orders, material delivery schedules, order deadlines, and assembler availability

• Issuing work orders and determining material requirements

• Understanding complex BOMs consisting of individual components (with different versions) and subassemblies (which have their own BOMs)

• Managing a team of 5–10 assembly technicians

• Using the internal ERP system for all processes

Key Skills and Qualities:

• Proficiency in working with computers, especially in using the internal ERP system

• High reliability and consistency in task execution

• Strong communication skills and openness

• Good command of English (both written and spoken)

Preferred Experience and Education:

10 years of work experience, including 5 years in a leadership role

University degree (field of study is not specified, but the job is highly technical)

The production team currently consists of 5 members, so each member has a broad scope of responsibilities. The daily tasks involve working across different areas (order processing, procurement, BOM management, etc.), making flexibility and a willingness to learn new skills and familiarize oneself with new products and materials essential.
