Head of Electronic Instrument Assembly (m/f) for Dewesoft Monitoring
Dewesoft Monitoring is looking for a Head of Instrument Assembly (m/f).
The role includes:
Processing orders for standard products and complex project systems
Organizing bills of materials (BOMs) and assembly instructions in collaboration with the development team
Planning assembly based on open orders, material delivery schedules, order deadlines, and assembler availability
Issuing work orders and determining material requirements
Understanding complex BOMs consisting of individual components (with different versions) and subassemblies (which have their own BOMs)
Managing a team of 5–10 assembly technicians
Using the internal ERP system for all processes
Key Skills and Qualities:
Proficiency in working with computers, especially in using the internal ERP system
High reliability and consistency in task execution
Strong communication skills and openness
Good command of English (both written and spoken)
Preferred Experience and Education:
10 years of work experience, including 5 years in a leadership role
University degree (field of study is not specified, but the job is highly technical)
The production team currently consists of 5 members, so each member has a broad scope of responsibilities. The daily tasks involve working across different areas (order processing, procurement, BOM management, etc.), making flexibility and a willingness to learn new skills and familiarize oneself with new products and materials essential.
