Procurement and Warehouse Coordinator (m/f)

Dewesoft Monitoring is looking for a new colleague to join their team in the production of measurement devices and systems, who will be responsible for the following processes:

• Reviewing stock material and ordering materials

• Communicating with suppliers and confirming delivery dates

• Monitoring inventory in the warehouse and receiving incoming materials

• Preparing and issuing materials for work orders

• Managing and performing the annual inventory count

• Using the internal ERP system for all processes

Important personal qualities and key skills:

• More important than speed is a high level of reliability and consistency in completing tasks

• Communicative and open personality

• Proficiency in working with computers in the Windows operating system and in web browsers.

• Good knowledge of the English language is essential.

The production team currently has 6 members, so each team member has a wide range of tasks. In one day, a smaller amount of work needs to be done in various areas (procurement, receiving, issuing, inventory checking), so flexibility and openness to learning new skills and getting to know new products and materials are important.

Work location: Trbovlje
Approximate working hours: 6 AM – 2 PM
